I ordered through the machine and I had to wait 15 minutes just to get my Medium Iced Cappucino with caramel. First of all, my drink was filled with half size of the bottle and god knows where was the caramel. It tasted disgusting, sorry but this is the first time happening with me. The other day I asked for the Iced Matcha Latte, she gave me hot convincing me that I told her I wanted a hot matcha. I am extremely disappointed. Won’t ever go back there! I literally throw away my 6$ drink!
