- MLMichelle LeiMar 14, 20261.0Do NOT order online on the weekends. The two ladies here completely ignored my order and took A WHOLE HOUR to make ONE of the THREE refreshers that I ordered. I placed my order at 12:02 and finally received everything at 1:20, which is actually insane because I had to ask for my order countless times and they said they would be working on it. Not only that, after my second drink was made I saw that it was in the wrong size. It was a medium, but I ordered a large, so I told one of the ladies and showed her that ordered it in a large. She said okay and gave me a large refresher, only for it to be half ice. At that point, I knew she probably just poured the medium refresher into the large cup and filled it with ice, considering how fast she was. Mind you, I asked for less ice in all of my drinks and all of my other drinks had less ice. Just this one was half filled. So I told her that I asked for less ice and she was like okay and I watched as she poured out the ice and added more of the concentrate. This was my worst experience here at this Dunkin. I never expected that I would be one of those people leaving a bad review because I literally visit this Dunkin so frequently, although I usually go early in the morning to pick up my coffee.

We had waited for so long then asked.. *** If you are headed to the Dyker Heights to see lights, visit 84th between 11th & 12 Ave. They have have hot chocolate being served outside their home, popcorn & even saw an Auntie Anne's truck. Go see lights and get a drink enroute.
