- ICI AM CrystalJan 9, 20261.0I try to give them a 3rd chance but the Cold brew is watered down. I ask for less ice to see if it made a difference but no. This location water down their coffee. My drink has no milk. Just caramel swirl why cant I taste my coffee????? Just go to McDonald’s across the street at this point and save your money.

Also they often forget to put things in your bag when you order online. Today they forgot my hash browns and didn’t fill up my cup. Might as well have ordered a small.
