  I went to 1422 Kings HWY in Brooklyn NY. This location needs a fact and a reality check when it comes to costumer service. I ordered a 6$ meal deal, with an iced coffee and a sandwich. First and foremost, the man who took my order, shorter, facial hair and glasses seemed to have a bit of an attitude, while rushing me to make up my mind. Then I asked if I could simply have a plain bagel & a side of cream cheese- to which they said the couldn't do that for me, (which in hind sight is ridiculous I have an allergy to egg & the sandwich was going to be for my sister anyway) I've never been to an establishment where I wasn't able to request I certain item not on the food. So then the cashier proceeded to look me dead in my face and ask me if I wanted a bagel or a croissant to which I said bagel (3 times already), as plain as day. Only for me to get my sandwich on a croissant even though I clearly stated bagel, now 4 times. So when I went back up there, I told him what was wrong and he just started at me, like I was crazy or lost my mind. When I asked him what he wanted, he copped and attitude and told me he'll remake it. On top of that all, the lady working, I believe she's Hispanic took the original sandwich back and threw it away & instead of changing her gloves afterwards, she started to make another order. Which is gross. I've been here I've only heard the sink turn on once, nobody has washed than hands between taking orders and making them. The location it's self is dull and empty and the bathrooms are disgusting.

  I was double charged at this Dunkin location on East 14th St and Kings Highway in Brooklyn. When I brought it to their attention, the staff denied it instead of checking the transaction properly. I ended up spending 20 minutes on the phone with my bank and now have to wait 10 days to get my money back. Very disappointing customer service and accountability. Customers should check their receipts carefully at this location.

  Place is clean but the girls are super chatty and will ignore customers. I ordered ahead hoping it would be ready and I ended up missing my train because they had not made my order. They didn’t even acknowledge me until 8 mins after waiting and stating I had a mobile order placed a while prior. The place was dead and not crazy busy. No idea why my order hadn’t been made

  I love this place and food is always good here but I needed a table to sit because I haven’t eaten the whole morning and really need to sit down and eat, and those high school girls took my seat. There were about 5 of them and they took ALL THE CHAIRS and didn’t give a flick about everyone else who needed to sit down. They skip school and come to this Dunkin. I will try to avoid it from now on
