I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only for the cashier to cancel it right in my face — just because she “didn’t have change.” No apology, no effort to fix the situation. I’ve never seen such disrespect toward a paying customer. This is beyond disappointing — it’s embarrassing for Dunkin’ Donuts as a brand. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve business at all.
