  The new workers are so rude every encounter is horrible ever since they have these new people they legit attacked me and my friend when THEY gave me the wrong freaking order my friend got a Dunkin iced latte with pumpkin and the lady gave her the wrong order tasted like straight up milk and then the cashier and the girl making the drink both came at her and argued with her instead of admitting their mistake and second incident I went my matcha was literally WHITE when I went to get and tasted so sweet even when I asked for no syrup and straight up milk it was dusgusting waste of money. It was a short Hispanic woman and tall Indian girl and worst attitude ever never go there ever again.

  I'm a regular here and I tend to come here after school, whenever I do, there's this really nice lady at the counter. She tends to remember the regulars and she knows exactly what I want whenever I walk in, it seems like she actually enjoys her job because of how kind she is! She's really good at her job too, sometimes doing two orders at once without mistakes. She hasn't been rude or hostile to me once, neither have the other workers, in fact, I once asked her questions about the Dunkin app and she was nice enough to tell me how to use it properly, what a good worker! The others are also good, but I wanted to highlight the short haired lady at the register! Definitely a nice Dunkin stop to go to if you want good service!

  Very nasty Worker specially, the one with hijab Very bad service I would not recommend anybody to even bother with that location. Very bad experience I had.
