  Ordered 2 drinks with NO ICE because I did not want them watered down by the time I get home. First drink came out, there was some ice, so the cashier, who was also cleaning at the time, clarified to the barista that I ordered no ice, so he immediately took the drink back. Waited about 5 additional minutes, and by the time my orders were on the counter, they were already bagged. The barista kept whispering and giggling to another staff member while sealing it, but I didn't want to think much of it. Got home, not only did the coffee spill because they didn't have a sealed lid, but the drinks were also not filled. They just took the ice off and didn't want me to see it. I have been coming to this location for YEARS, and I cannot understand why they couldn't just clarify if they can't fulfill my request or if there were any issues. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. People are sus.

  Every time I go here there's an issue. The cashiers are always taking your order wrong, food comes out nasty, their attitudes are nasty and the wait time. Last time I went, they took my order and didn't have what I asked for after I paid and waited. The time before that it took 15 minutes for a toasted bagel with butter and jelly and a coffee. Why? Because they like serving customers first that only have drinks and making those with food wait much longer bc they're making drinks for customers that came after me. The food is disgusting period. Donuts are fairly tolerable. All Dunkin's are becoming less tolerable in a lot of ways.
