- OEOscar EspinosaMar 26, 20261.0Second time, I believe, posting for this place. Particularly here in Myrtle Av. Different cashier staff have been hired but they DO NOT seem to be good enough. The donuts are dried, as if they only do one batch. The cashier had his phone ready to use people's Receipt reward points. Worst part, he did not even ask if we had Dunkin accounts, or gave us any sort of approach regarding Dunkin' account points. Who knows how many customers he has taken the points off. Whenever the manager comes around, the place phase is slow, as if they didn't really cared about the product they're giving and service. Dead atmosphere. Only smells like Dunkin because is Dunkin'.

Either its the wrong cheese or they "still waiting for shipment" for blueberry muffins or donuts. They need retraining and to work more efficiently.

Never come here, go to the one that is a few minutes away in Livingston st it’s way better. I genuinely can’t imagine what would make a coffee shop smell like that it’s disgusting. My iced latte with an extra shot somehow ended up being a light beige color like they forgot to add coffee in there. I threw my drink immediately after I left and got my correct order from the other location (my drink was a dark brown color, just what i expected) just ew.
