It is unacceptable that a donut shop allows customers to place and pay for an order that they cannot actually fulfill. What is even more frustrating is that there appears to be no proper protocol for issuing a refund. I have been going back and forth with the store trying to get my money back, and this situation has been unnecessarily time-consuming and ridiculos.
