  I want to commend Fandy ( I hope that’s how her name is spelt) and her crew. They provide excellent service. She listens to every person’s order carefully and is SO pleasant! The croissants and coffee are always hot. They don’t serve lukewarm food. Thank you Fandy and staff at the KH D&D 👍🏼👏🏼☺️

  Lmaoo love this place and there refreshers but the short skinny white/lightskinned girl with the black hijab looks like she literally hates everyone. First i asked for a medium berry strawberry refresher cause i havent seen it before, and she like aggressively yelled ‘ we dont have strawberry!!! ‘ like… damn lol. So i asked for mango pineapple and got the same answer when that doesnt even have strawberry…? Got a berry acai instead but it took me two tries to order it cause she said the strawberry thing for a third time, i did a bit of back and fourth with her, then she made it and put the most ice she possibly could. Someone needs to talk to her abt her attitude cause ts wasnt that deep 😭 This was at 1:22 PM, Tuesday March 10th

  Honestly not bad but also not phenomenal. A lot of high schoolers here so it’s not the best. Food is ok

  worker has his feet out on the chairs while i’m eating nasty he is laying down without shoes or socks remind you this is the worker nasty

  Very bad customer service. 5 dollar meal wrap is nasty. It did not look like the picture, like these cashiers were mentioning. I clearly asked it with no bacon, they still put it. Instead of being a wrap like the picture, it was an extra mini wrap. I wanted to pay a difference for a croissant they didn’t allow. When I asked for my refund receipt, they didn’t want to give it to me. I’ve been a cashier I know you can print it twice if you cashiers need to keep it for some stupid reason. Worse service ever of these three cashiers! Monday 10am.
