  Staff awful and never seem knowledgeable or happy. Lobby is always dirty everytime I have visited. They don't seem to focus on bussing the lobby.

  This location is honestly disappointing. The staff comes off careless, rude, and unprofessional, with zero sense of urgency. Even when the line is out the door, you’ll see multiple employees standing around while only a few are actually working—and everything still moves incredibly slow. On top of that, they don’t seem familiar with their own menu, and half the time items aren’t even available. It really makes you not want to spend your money here.

  This location only cares about mobile orders. They will make you stand on line and wait forever to order in person. Then when they finally stop working on mobile orders they will tell you to just place your order online.

  The workers currently on duty 03/07/2026 1pm are very disgusting and could benefit from customer service/sensitivity training! I simply went in to grab my favorite drink from what use to be one of my favorite places and I was greetly very rudely. After clearly standing in front of the counter, the lady on duty at the register yelled " NEXT" as if I wasn't stsnding right there. I proceeded to humbly ask for my matcha with whip cream. She seemed a bit frustrated because I asked for oat milk instead of almond milk and proceeded to ring me up. After handing her my CASH she says " hmmm, I don't have a penny" as she hands me my change. I brushed it off and proceeded to the end to pick up my drink. After observing I noticed the whip was missing and politely asked the young lady for some whip she says "30 cents" I explained to her I had requested upon order and she yells "no you didnt" I then stated that there was no problem for me to pay again and proceeded to hand her a dollar bill. She then tells me to get it the back of the line!! Please review your cameras for further details. Im literally so confused and have never been treated this way especially over a matcha that I paid $6. DO BETTER DUNKIN‼️ Came back just to add the reviews for this location within the pass 12months makes me feel a whole lot better confirming I was not loosing it yesterday.
