- YYyuApr 3, 20261.0I had a very uncomfortable and concerning experience due to a staff member whose behavior and responses showed clear issues. The staff member, a man who identified HIMSELF AS A MANAGER, handled my order, 4/3/2026, 11:30pm. I ordered one double scoop, but I was charged for two. After paying, I noticed the price was unusually high and pointed it out. However, he insisted that I had ordered two and initially REFUSED to issue a refund. What made the situation worse was that he involved another customer behind me, asking them to confirm what I had supposedly said. I found this extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Although I eventually received a refund, the problems continued. When selecting flavors, I clearly stated my first choice, but I was given two scoops of the same flavor without any confirmation, even though a double scoop allows two different flavors. Again, he tried to involve another customer to justify his mistake. In the end, there was no apology. The item was handed to me abruptly, and he moved on to the next customer. I strongly felt that basic customer service and order confirmation were completely lacking. This kind of behavior should be addressed and improved immediately.

The shop itself is quite nice and has a comfortable seating area, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the coffee I ordered. It tasted very watery and weak, and I could mostly taste the cream rather than the coffee itself. I hope the staff can adjust the proportion of coffee beans to water to improve the quality.
