  They move so slow at this location and they don't do pick up. Second time couldn't even get anything , 2 people in line for 5 minutes

  Longest wait time at a Dunkin ever. I was behind two people who wanted coffee and they had one person working the counter. When it was my turn to place an order, the person decided it was the best time to start organizing the hashbrows. It wasn’t until a second person clocked in for work that my order was taken. I just wanted two donuts which should not have taken 25 minutes to get.

  352 Graham Ave Location:::: Horrible customer service the guy barely spoke good English I couldn’t understand half of what he was saying he had the nerve to show irritation because I couldn’t understand him. Not only did he show irritation he didn’t listen to my order the first time so I had to re order a second time. Now with the second order a lady rung me up and I expressed my frustration about not listening to my order the first time , she had the nerve to get sassy stating: it’s too early for this you not going to ruin my day god bless you ! And I responded with I’m not trying to ruin your day but your co worker needs to pay attention to the customer because now I’m ordering a second time . First off I don’t appreciate her using religion as a way to dismiss me . I could be non religious and could have been offended by that ! I don’t appreciate her attitude toward me because I express frustration not once did I call her out her name nor did I disrespect her ! I had a tone which anyone would when they have to wait to reorder because it wasn’t done the first time! I don’t appreciate her sassy attitude and had the nerve to laugh with other customers while speaking about me! Now if I would of turned around and disrespected her then what ??!! Instead I kept going out the door ! Your morning crew today was Horrible i never had a issue until this morning! Dunkin Doughnuts do better ! We give yall our money we expect good customer service!
