  I’m not looking for a refund—I just want to understand how the bacon was burned when it’s made with a timed machine. More importantly, I’d appreciate better service and a more respectful attitude moving forward.

  I came in on Christmas Day with my family. We all ordered a peppermint mocha latte. It came with whip cream on top. When going in for the first sip it immediately smelled sour. We asked the 2 workers that were there around 6pm to smell it. They both said that is normal and that is what whip cream smells like when it touches something hot. I asked if they could remake it without whip cream. They said that they could but they would have to charge me. A sour smell means bacteria has started to grow. We requested our money back. Don’t go here!

  Went in 12/8. they close at 9pm. I went in 755pm and wanted sandwiches and was told we cleaned the oven and grille sorry AN HOUR BEFORE !! Horrible rude customer service - I walked out . Homeless outside beg for money never get chased too
