Got my order for a sausage croissant wrong twice, giving me bacon twice... Meanwhile the girl who ordered a coffee before me has been waiting almost 10 min for a coffee. But hey, at least they can't screw up my bottled Tropicana.

They were so busy staring at a male that was filling out a tax form of some sort. When the food was finally done the sandwich was sloppy the cheese was hanging out the wrap not even melted The ice coffee has no sugar when I asked for three. Then I had to ask for ketchup twice before she understood what I asked for. I live in the neighborhood and will NEVER go back. Unfortunate because it’s right next to the train station I use for work daily. Now I see why people pay these coffee shop prices. Dunkin on Newkirk service sucks
