  I ordered online and the male employee had me waiting there only to tell me 10 minutes later that he's not doing hot food and tried arguing with me over how long i was waiting. He had me wait and he wasnt even doing anything, just opening and closing the same bag over and over.

  I went to pick up a order a friend accidentally made to this location while away. Trying to be sympathetic that the employees are overworked and underpaid but they were extremely dismissive and rude, particularly the male employee. They ignored me at first. The female looked at me then went to the back. The male employee then claimed the order doesn't exist. After showing him the order confirmation, he claimed the order was made 2 hours ago. It was 50 minutes after the order was made at this point. Then he claim it definitely picked up by the person and accused me of trying to scam them.

  I luv my coffee from DD . the woman there very rude, must go if you want the place to succeed. Ignoring a customer and making wait for NO reason .. for me is not acceptable..

  Ive been to the store physically and ordered online to not deal with the rude staff but alas, had to anyway. Typically the man at the front has an attitude any time you have to tell him, virtually anything. Is always glued to his phone sitting between the doughnuts and the coffee machines. I came in and asked about two doughnuts that were missing from my mobile order that he never packed or said ANYTHING about being missing when I walked in, and he kept yelling at me all they had was jelly. And when I stated that was fine he acted as if it was a massive issue to give me what I paid for. The store is always empty and just under stocked.

  Today I had my mouth set on a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. When I got home to eat my breakfast sandwich What I received was a turkey sausage egg and cheese with a big slab of pork bacon. It’s unbearable how these servers associate their eating habits to those of customers who patronize at this location. The cross contamination is unbelievable maybe for the sake of the customers these servers take a food handler’s course to protect future customers
