  Middle of the Road — Two Pie Order I’d give this experience a solid 3 out of 5 stars. It wasn't anything special, but it got the job done for a quick dinner. I ordered two separate pies this time: one pepperoni and mushroom and one Hawaiian (ham and pineapple). The toppings were fine and the crust was what you’d expect, though both pizzas felt a little skimpy on the sauce. The Breakdown: Delivery: The delivery itself was actually great. The driver was friendly and handled the food carefully. Timing: The delivery timing was average. It arrived right around the time the app predicted—no record-breaking speeds, but no long delays either. Temperature: This was the main letdown. I’ve definitely had hotter pizzas delivered before. Both pies arrived lukewarm, so the cheese had already lost that fresh, melty stretch by the time I opened the boxes. The Verdict: It's decent for a standard delivery, but I’ve had better runs from this location. It’s a predictable, mediocre option when you don’t feel like cooking.

  Horrible. Over 1.5 hrs to wait even though it said 25 mins to deliver. When called the store, the person was rude and unhelpful. The delivery guy said the store didn’t even contact him 30 mins prior he got our order delivered and they do it all the time.

  I submitted my order at 7pm now it’s around 9pm and it says it delivered but never got my pizza! Don’t EVER try calling them cause they will NEVER answer! Whoever is running this place needs to get FIRED!

  If I can give zero stars I would. Never ordering again. I called the store three times and they did not pick up the phone just let it ring. The delivery was 1 hour late. I don’t know where they were going but they were going everyone but my address. When I got my pizza it was literally cold and burnt.

  I would like to thank the supervisor who helped me with my issue. I would also like to see Ramel recommended for his service. Indeed, he took my order very quickly, he suggest me the Meatzza who was very tasty—despite how busy it was—and the pizza was prepared promptly. Ramel also helped me when I asked him for directions to get my bearings on a map and find my way back to Manhattan. A big thank you, Ramel !
