  Driver wouldn’t deliver to door, then they left while marking the delivery complete. A well deserved 1 star.

  The delivery driver always refuses to walk up to the building. Last time, they literally refused to get off their bike to deliver the food… and this is with over 20% tips plus a $6 delivery fee.

  Every single time I ordered from this Domino's it's a nightmare !! And I can see I'm not the only one complaining the rating on the store used to be 3.2 I see a dropped to 2.5! ordering on the app is the only good experience! my pizza always comes half cut it's never fully cut I have to use scissors it's always cold and wrong the wings looked raw with a drizzle of buffalo sauce not even tossed couldn't even eat them threw them away i wouldn't even give a homeless person!and the delivery drivers are always rude demanding a tip when they're always late! I have a free pizza and I will not even use it at this Domino's!

  I placed an order from 328 Myrtle ave and had the worse experience of my life I have been a dominos member for quite awhile now and I’m applauded. The delivery guy wanted me to leave my building and go across the street to get my pizza. I have a two year old with tons of work to get done the reason I ordered delivery service if I had to go outside I woulda order take out I thought you deliver to the doorstep then when I call the manager he begins yelling at me like I’m a child I requested a refund and was hung up on I will never in my life order dominos again off this experience never in my life will I spend money to get service like this hire real delivery people and a management team that knows how to handle situation in an appropriate manner.

  Shut down the establishment or FIRE EVERYONE!!! I ordered a medium pizza a little over two hours ago. After they confirmed the order I was told to wait 30-45 minutes. I waited for over an HOUR! No one ever called or arrived to the apartments, so I called only to be left on the line for close ten minutes. That's when I decided to leave my apartment, take the elevator downstairs and walk fifteen minutes in the cold to see what's going on down there. I walked in the store, talk to the guy in the front, gave him my information and confirmed that it was the same store I had recently ordered from and come to find out...There wasn't an ordered placed in the system!!! HOW!?!? WHY!?!? Needless to say I was pissed. SO NOT ONLY DID WE WASTE OUR MONEY! OUR FOOD NEVER SHOWED UP! I should've read the reviews before placing an order because look at this these! This is ridiculous! It's all one stars. Like I said fire everyone!
