They tried to change my church vibe. The produce in the store was a complete disappointment. I bought a Caesar salad in a bag and it probably wasn’t refrigerated properly because the dressing was spoiled. I said hello when I walked in the store no reply. Only picked up a couple of times. I asked the older lady at the register if she was open. No response. The young lady at the other register replied for her to say she was open. Only time she opened her stank mouth was to give the amount of the overpriced item. Stern mean face with no class or customer service. She should not work with the public. When I got home I was over charged on one item and didn’t receive the sale price on the apple cider vinegar as advertised on pricing on the shelf. Never again. I don’t care how convenient it is to go to the store before I go home to cook. That’s how you get treated in the hood. When they are not from the neighborhood. Jealous and unhappy looking down on people or turning up their nose. I wish I had pictures.

I’m honestly tired of the disrespect from so many community supermarkets. These stores are in our neighborhoods, many are foreign-owned, and yet they seem comfortable taking our hard-earned money while refusing to accept manufacturer coupons—the same coupons accepted at major chains.
We already get taxed and shortchanged before our paycheck even hits our hands, and now when we try to stretch our dollars the right way, we’re told “no” at the register. That’s not customer service, that’s disregard.
C-Town, Food Bazaar, NSA, and others need to do better. If you want community loyalty, you have to show respect for the community. Manufactured coupons are legitimate, and refusing them only hurts working families who are already struggling.
Do better or don’t be surprised when customers start spending their money elsewhere.

I honestly stopped coming to this place when I was a regular. About a year ago, when I had bought boxes of ice creams amounting to 18 dollars or so, The ice creams were all melted, and I had gotten an exchange but those ice creams were melted too. I had sent someone who I knew and was well acquainted to this supermarket to get a refund on my behalf, but I was told by that person that the manager had said that they ''stopped giving out refunds because of Covid'' which was absurd and a blatant lie to keep my money. Ever since, I stopped coming here since they robbed me. They also had expired items on the shelf too.
Great supermarket. Very well stocked. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is very nice. Wheelchair accessibility.
