From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. She made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only efficient but also truly sweet and attentive. Kaylee went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable, and it honestly made my day. Chipotle is lucky to have someone like her on their team!
- LNLara NiniMar 17, 20261.0I stopped by this evening, Tuesday, 3/17/26 to pick up an order with a scheduled pick-up time of 8:20pm. I did not receive my order until around 8:50pm, so even though I placed it almost an hour beforehand, it still took forever to be made. There needs to be an entire revamp or else DOHMH needs to pay this location a visit. None of the employees had on hair nets. The heavyset guy wipes his forehead and continues making orders with the same gloves. The area where orders are packed is extremely dirty. The Latino man looked visibly annoyed as if he did not want to be there; I did not get good vibes from him as he cooked the chicken. The black staff was much more pleasant to deal with. My chicken bowl was incorrect; it had no lettuce. I also received a bag of burnt tasting chips. It’s sad cause the guac I received was some of the best (with zero oxidation) that I’ve ever had from a chipotle restaurant in recent months. I can not say for sure if I would be back.
