The portion served was noticeably small, and when I politely asked for a bit more, the employee declined. I also observed the same employee providing friendlier service and more generous portions to another customer immediately before me. As a person of color, this raised concerns about inconsistent and potentially biased treatment. I recommend reviewing staff training to ensure all customers are treated fairly and in accordance with New York City human rights standards.

We specifically asked about vegetarian options, and the server wasn’t very helpful in explaining what was available. We dined in, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t very pleasant. The employees were joking around loudly, which made the environment quite noisy and distracting. It felt more like a college cafeteria than a decent dine-in restaurant. The owner should consider training the staff to maintain a calmer and more professional atmosphere for dine-in customers.
