  Not a regular chipotle customer. Popped in to try the chicken Al pastore being advertised on tv. Service was meh even though nobody else was online(at least there’d be a reason). Food was good but I can get this for cheaper at my local halal cart. Not terribly overpriced but overpriced. 13.65 no drink.

  I’ve given this Chipotle location multiple chances, but the experience just keeps getting worse. The meat portions are consistently very small, to the point where it feels like you’re barely getting what you paid for. On top of that, the staff is often rude and unprofessional, which makes the whole visit uncomfortable. A big issue is how frequently they run out of ingredients. It seems like almost every time I go, something is unavailable, and the workers don’t communicate when it will be refilled or if it will be at all. It makes you wonder if there’s any planning happening behind the scenes. Don’t they anticipate when items are running low and prepare more ahead of time? At this point, the location feels poorly managed overall. It might honestly be better to close it down and start over with a new team and better organization.

  I live in the area and have been here a few times. The meat quality is always very bad. Whenever I’ve gone here I always get a few bad pieces of chicken or steak. This location would be better if they actually took the time to properly cut the meat to avoid gristle. Other locations in NYC do a much better job of this.

  service was for sure unsatisfactory & they do not stock the service area frequently (spoons, forks, sauces, napkins, etc). also, the chick in the photo does the online orders; i came just as she was finishing mine & i watched her essentially throw it on the shelf. i then asked her for green tabasco sauce & without even looking @ me she put me on hold & never addressed me again. the cashier, however, was a delight. she helped me when the rude chick didn’t & had smile on the whole time. since i was waiting for a while i watched her handle other customers & adored her professionalism. stand clear of the picture chick if you can - she’s probably the reason why everyone who reviewed left bad comments.
