Every time I go here it’s like Russian roulette trying to get a bowl that’s actually good & doesn’t have stale rice or one thing out of stock. When I went into the store, one of the cookers was reading a cook book 😂, I already knew the food was gonna be bad, and it was. The staff get defensive when you say they messed up your order (which happened to me on several occasions) & think you’re trying to run some Chipotle Fraud Operation 😭😭 Don’t ever come to this Chipotle, they don’t treat the people in this community with respect and obviously don’t care about making good food that doesn’t take like stale, unseasoned hard rice.

Had my kids here and I definitely wasn't feeling the atmosphere with the music choice blasting also the guy cleaned the food off with his gloves to throw the food in the trash and used the SAME gloves to prepare my food. Disgusting

- ZTZaZa TyMar 11, 20261.0Customer service sucks they hardly give much food once upon a time they use to give two scoops of food now it’s only one and if you ask just for a little more they act like it’s too much to ask. The only time they give people an extra scoop is if they are heavy set or a male other then that chipotle is not worth the price or use to be. I rather eat else where and be fully satisfied.
