  Super careless staff , because they have to leave early, they don’t give a shhhhhh about any customer, she gave me a sheet tray with lots of soap on it and as soon as I removed my phone to take the photo after posting at her, she snatched the tray and started wiping it off Look at the soap drops from the tray when she threw that at me on the counter Manager special note - look out for the girl 👧 who was at the line at 10:35 pm on 3/24/26 on your schedule. She was almost crazy and rude to every customer who was waking in after 10:30 and almost all the time before she was on her phone getting pissed to get home soon She showed her frustration clearly on the food, by throwing things with a noise

  This location highlighted the reason Chipotle was shut down a couple years ago. This place does not practice proper hygiene and sanitary protocols. Staff both filling the pick up and in store orders are using their hands to touch different surfaces and then touching the cheese and lettuce to make your food. Yes they are wearing gloves however didn't once change the gloves. Staff is always using a rag to clean surfaces and dust the fallen extras back into the trays of food. My order was a pick up so I noticed this while getting my order. This was my first time visiting this location. I will be back but to record the unsanitary practices and send to DOH.

  This was my first time ordering online from Chipotle at 12:30 pm today, and I wasn’t familiar with the pickup interface. When I showed my phone and asked if my order was ready, the staff member stared at me for a couple of seconds and said, “How am I supposed to know whose order you’re picking up?” before asking for the name of the order. I felt really uncomfortable and disrespected by that kind of service.
