  As I’m standing waiting on food. A working proceeded to mop around me the worker never asked me to move. I had to excuse myself. On top of that the service was bad.

  Food is freshly cooked everytime I go but they need to stop competing with raising canes and bring back real chicken pieces (Breast, Thigh, Leg, & Wing)... Only then will they be worth a 5 star rating. Location looks pretty clean. I had Mac n cheese with my greasy tenders and I wasn't given a fork or napkins or a straw for my soda. They have gotten better with the speed they work at compared to when they first opened. F.Y.I. this is not the first Bojangles in Brooklyn.

  I think it’s better than North Carolinas ones. Open more!!!! I grew up on Bojangles. They have changed over the years. But this trip from The Bronx was worth it.

  How can a famous chicken food chain known for chicken not have chicken....???? Bojangles this is by far the worst decision you have ever made.....I won't be coming back ever!!!!

  everything was literally cold i tried reaching out to the restaurant their phone doesn’t even work very disappointing first time trying this smh i need to speak to someone to get the right bo-jangles experience cause this is not it
