  Dante was really welcoming and sat us right away, checking up on us whenever was needed and made the whole experience joyful .The atmosphere was great and very spacious .The food was great and very fulfilling and would definitely come again .

  I live in the neighborhood so would like to love this place, but unfortunately it is pretty predictably bad. I stopped going for morning coffee because it would take 10 minutes to make one cup of coffee when I was the first in line. I once got takeout with a friend and it took so long and they messed our orders up so badly that we both had to contact management. I just went for sit-down breakfast, which has been OK in the past, and they ran out of GF bread and got my order wrong. I ordered the banana bread to supplement my meal and they seem to have switched bakers/suppliers — I was charged $16 for a pretty sad, dry piece of bread that had clearly come out of a package.

  I went to the restaurant Monday for the first time and it seemed okay at first but have been bothered for the last few days about the treatment of the employees. While I was there I saw one of the tall employee being aggressive and rude towards the employee with braids and glasses and no one did anything. The employee that got berated clearly was upset and the whole situation made me feel uncomfortable. That was definitely not okay. The drinks were good, but after seeing this, I do not want to come back because I feel like I am supporting people who talk down to others. And worse, the one with glasses seemed to be doing all the work. If these are the people that work at Bluestone, then I will not return and encourage others I know not to as well. That is not okay.

  Worst coffee and worst service! They made the milkiest iced latte I have ever tasted, it was more like coffee flavored milk. When I asked to add more espresso, they rudely told me no it’s not possible without providing a valid reason?? I come here all the time and I’ve had normal tasting lattes so I know it was just a skill issue from the barista that afternoon. Do yourself a favor and just go to Devocion, the coffee is so much better and they treat you with respect!

  Horrible experience with the staff and service at this location - not once but several times. This has happened when placing orders for pickups. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful - have flat out ignored me openly asking for help with my orders. I know this location can be busy, but even on occasions when it is not I haven't been treated well. I've had to wait and ask multiple times after being ignored for orders that were placed well in advance of being ready. I'm not sure who to complain to at this point but I've stopped going to this location because of the negative experiences. It's unacceptable.
