I said they were lucky she's 4 and not 85 and her joints and bones can take a fall like that. Had it been grandma, they would be calling an ambulance. Unacceptable service and behavior by the workers. The people who work here always look under the influence.

The workers were just smoking and joking, talking with each other and when I walk up to ask for help he simply says: sorry we don't have anyone here with the numbers to do western union. Really? I ask for a manager and he walks up to tell me the same exact thing, the guy never came in so no one else can do it. Really, not even the manager??? Preposterous! The manager is there to do what anyone else can't do that's the main point of the manager to find coverage or if he can't then to fill in! Seriously cannot believe this store.
