    Worst customer service on a drive through, window agent did not give me a receipt, took too long on my card (hopefully nothing sketchy happens. Then they did not giveme my full order when I checked it twice. Then when I get home, bag broke as they stuff all 4 orders into two small bags. Not the same as it was before. Not going there ever to this site. Lost long customer. Take your business somewhere else.

    The manager at this establishment was extremely rude and disrespectful. She cursed at customers and instructed her employees to ignore people who were asking for help. In addition to her behavior, she showed clear discrimination toward elderly and disabled customers. She laughed at them, walked away, and refused to assist, even directing her staff to do the same.

    Worst experience ever... I walked in and there was nothing but a sea of Uber EatsAnd Grubhub drivers. When I ordered my food I ordered it based on what I saw on the website of What's in a Baconator, which is two beef patties, six pieces of bacon, and cheese. Yet I said I wanted no bun, double the meat, and double the bacon. However what I got was a plain Baconator with a bun in a bag with two patties. I said, "This isn't my order. It's not correct." I waited for someone to actually take time to wonder why I was still standing there with my bag in my hand. Yet they did not respond and then I tried to get someone to take notice of me and they still did not respond as they were all busy scrambling to get at least 12 delivery orders done. I sat there like a moron and then a security camera decided to speak and say, "You are being monitored randomly for security purposes." It said that sound would be recorded. I sat and I listened and then I stared up at the security camera and said, "Apparently my order was wrong but there's no one here to help me" in a very loud voice. Yet still no one decided to stop and help. What did I do? I waited for a different person to come on the security camera because apparently it was a live feed and it was a different voice altogether with a different name. I addressed that name and said, "Excuse me I'm trying to get some help here because my order was wrong and there's no one here to help me. No one is here to listen to me get my order correct." That's when I guess the manager decided that I should have addressed them when I don't even know where she came from and that I should stop yelling, she said. Then she asked me how the order was wrong and I said I wanted double meat and double bacon, which was four patties. She says that doesn't exist but I had already looked up what was in a Baconator on the website and could see in the picture that it has two patties. Either way she charged me $5 more, which I was fine with because I didn't care what it cost; I wanted four patties. - Four orders of bacon - Four pieces of cheese - No bun because I'm on the carnivore diet There was no atmosphere in this place. Half of it looked like just loitering people and the other half looked like a stock market full of food delivery drivers, with no control over any kind of line for new people. As I remembered when I walked in, I waited 10 minutes for someone to even ask me if I wanted to order something. The person who took my order had left so she couldn't even help me dispute the order that I made. I will never go to this Wendy's again. Even though the food wasn't bad, the service was horrible.

    I would avoid this location if possible, they consistently CANCEL your order after 20-30 minutes and leave you hanging. If I could rate ZERO stars I would because they consistently can't even manage to do the only thing they're meant to do? It isn't even a proper restaurant, this is literally just fast-food aka re-heated frozen food. This just screams poor management and staffing. If they can't even handle getting orders out, I guarantee they are skimping in other areas (cleanliness, food safety), so I would 100% avoid this location and go somewhere local. This location needs new management desperately.
