  Marcia at the drive thru was very rude. No greeting, smile, or even words spoken by her as she appeared to be annoyed to be at work. She didn't give me my receipt, and when I asked her for it she yanked it off the printer and handed it to me without a word. After I paid she waved her hand in an attempt to tell me to drive up and wait for my order at the end of the drive thru. She didn't have the decency to use her words to tell me this. Very rude and unprofessional.

  Excellent, but very pricey compared to other fast food places. On a diet? You can get a Dr.Oz approved small Chili and a baked spud or a very good salad . Once in a blue moon, you may get an offer. Also their drinks are very small and all are $2.99 !!!

  Trash experience. Ordered through Door Dash at 11pm. The Door Dasher was not given the food until close to 1:30am. Door Dasher explained that they were waiting outside for the food for over 2hrs and none of the Wendy’s staff would pay attention to them when they tried to get their attention. The Door Dasher also explained that this is a repeat issue with this Wendy’s location, that the staff have no respect for their customers or delivery people. I called Wendy’s and was told the order would be ready in 5-10 minutes, despite being ordered at 11pm. It was about 1am at this time. I gave some grace and called 20-25 minutes later after seeing the delivery person was still waiting to pick up the food. The staff member was rude and unaccommodating. They also hung up the phone on me abruptly while I was still speaking. By time the food got to me, the food was cold. On top of that, I didn’t even receive everything that I ordered. This place will never get my business again: in person, deliveries, etc. Do better…

  The food is always cold and their dining room area is always dirty and filled with a lot of unruly kids. The management staff is very disrespectful. And because Their drive thru times are always slow .. they stop you before you reach the drive through window and then tell you to come when your food is ready.. I also watched as they took back my fries because they were cold and then dropped the same fries into grease and try to give them back to me

  Always so unprofessional and under prepared. Picked up a mobile order when I get there and was told there is no chilli and if I still want the rest of my order. I said yes but just refund me the Chilli but was told I had to do so in the app. When I asked her how do I do so without proof the young ladies rolled their eyes and started laughing and whispering. Even closed the window to laugh and I guess talk about me. They were acting like a customer being inconvenienced is the customers issue. Also they probably thought I didn't understand the instructions and for whatever reason that was a laughing matter. Manager eventually refunded the chilli but this place is always lacking. I knew I was going to regret going there and I did. Lesson learned...I can drive to other locations for Wendy's.
