  Honestly, I don’t even understand why this Wendy's is still open. What makes it worse is the neighborhood—we already know how that goes. It feels like the employees act like they can do whatever they want when it comes to people’s food, and that’s not okay. People work hard for their money. My kids wanted Wendy’s two days in a row. The first day, I gave it a pass because it was late and they were probably closing. But the next day? It was only 5 PM, and the food was still terrible. No excuse. If you’re not happy with your job, why stay there and give people poor service? It’s frustrating. I didn’t even get a fork or napkins—how am I supposed to eat? It feels disrespectful and careless, like no effort was put into the order at all. At this point, I really wish they would shut that location down on Third Avenue, because if it were somewhere else, they wouldn’t be getting away with this.

  They never get the orders right. They stuff the bags horribly and the store its self always looks a mess.

  Worst Wendy fast food restaurant all they worry about is Uber Eats like they not worried about making customer food all is uber eat uber eat uber eat like they are giving your drinks and having you sit for 30-45 min for food while they prep uber eat meals ice cream sitting on counter . All you see in the screen is uber uber eat while customer are waiting for meals !! This might as well be a Wendy Ubers !!! Employee having phone conversation while taking people order with headphone visible like Dude how is this even allowed there should be manager supervisor on every shift !!! Won’t be back I will be contacting Wendy corporations

  This place is so dirty and the staff are so rude ,so many people here and the manager is present it’s 1:30pm in the afternoon why this place is still open is beyond me .

  I place an online order for pick up at 12am got to the pick up window by 12:07 with 4 other people . They ain’t even acknowledge that we was by the window knocking so they know people Were there. They decided to come to the window at 12:27 the employee are so unprofessional I WILL NEVER ORDER FOR THIS PLACE AGAIN.
