The workers however (at least one in particular) are often cold and a bit rude / standoffish. I always try to walk in with a slight smile and politely say for pickup and the name and yet I receive the same cold treatment every time. I say thank you each time but they just storm off with no response. It’s a small interaction that is a bit off putting but at the end of the day I’m just there to pick up a sandwich so it doesn’t matter but not sure where the hostility is coming from.
