  I had a disappointing experience at this location today. I placed an online order for two footlong subs for pickup in the morning. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready yet and the staff had just started preparing it. While making the sandwiches, I noticed they were not adding the sauces I had selected in my order. When I asked about it, the staff told me that I had chosen “too many sauces” (around four) and that they could not add all of them. This was confusing and frustrating, as I had specifically customized and paid for my order through the app. I explained that I was paying for the food exactly as I ordered it, but they still refused and insisted that it was “too much” and could not be done. This felt unprofessional and dismissive. If certain customizations are not allowed, that should be clearly stated on the app. Otherwise, customers should receive their orders exactly as placed—especially when they’ve already paid for them. Overall, very disappointing service and lack of customer respect

  Horrible customer service and workers. Workers dont practice proper hygiene and cross contamination is common. Workers do online orders completely wrong, a one time thing is one thing but consistently and intentionally not adding sauces and what not is extremely disrespectful. The workers there are also deceiving customers with deals, advertising deals that they don't accept. if i can give this place 0 stars i would. Ordered a turkey sub with extra mayo for my family member and the worker intentionally adds no mayonnaise.

  I always order the same thing. A meatball sub with cheese, lettuce and tomato. How you give me a meatball sub with no cheese lettuce and tomato literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I order on Uber eats at this location. At a certain point the person working the night shift clearly don’t gaf.

  This location is not good with their customer service and I tried to ask for my foot-long turkey, but without the bread being toasted only the turkey and knowing the fact that I go to this location sometimes and knowing the fact that I go to every other subway. Now all of a sudden this man made it a problem stating how their oven is dirty and how he’s not able to warm up my turkey it needs to be toasted with the bread all my years eating Subway. I never heard no such thing. I asked him for a supervisor he said tomorrow, so I definitely will be there because something is wrong. Instead of him, trying to work with me, he moved onto the next customer and ignored me and left my sandwich. There the way he wanted it, knowing the fact that I’m the one that has to pay it very, very, very unprofessional and I am extremely pissed off.
