  there are 14 register but only 3 of them is active. long line and very very slow process. manager today is saturday and your market is very busy. should more casier would active. i coulnd wait i just put it back my items and go.

  I had a very disappointing encounter at the service desk with Ms. Crystal. I politely asked if she could ring up three cases of water, and while she agreed to do it, her attitude was completely unprofessional. Throughout the transaction, she repeatedly told me to "hurry up" and was openly disrespectful and belittling. If she was too busy to help, I would have been fine waiting for a self-checkout, but there is no excuse for being treated that way as a customer.

  Very terrible customer service. 6 registers be closed, sometimes management don't want to do their job. Some associates have very nasty and rude attitude and service. After about 11 AM, the checkout lines are horrendously long, down the aisles into closing time. Do love the points you can earn though 👍🏽 .

  Came in to buy Similac NeoSure and had a frustrating experience. I asked for 7 units. The associate helping me had no issue completing the purchase. Then the manager on duty, Ashley, stepped in and said there’s a strict limit of 5 and made me leave the other 2. What doesn’t add up? I’ve bought more than 5 here before with no problem, and there’s no clear signage about any limit. I understand making sure product is available for everyone. But when rules are enforced inconsistently, it creates a bad experience, especially for something as important as infant formula. If there’s a policy, it should be clear and applied the same way every time.

  Hi my review is based on the last 6 years a little bit longer that I have been coming in to stop & shop 174th Street in the Bronx This is an absolutely beautiful store and I count on this door for all of my food dairy and all the products that I need however the staff that has been here for the last give or take 3 years has been terrible absolutely terrible Not today was my breaking point where I'm making a major complaint and after I don't get a response I'm going to a consumers affairs as a matter of fact it's been 5 years cuz it started with covid had a young man I asked them a question about two cans of food same item to different prices He started swearing at me and threw a bag at me so I threw it can at him okay Because it was covid time Jason oh they they were You know the people that have to show up to work I get that part but the disrespect is unacceptable when I went to work I have never ever in my life treated a customer a customer service or anything of that nature and a disrespectful way no matter what I was going through however this last year has been horrible coming in the store asking a simple question not to the team of workers at the register I'm talking about the management I'm talking about those people that be at that express check out it's been harm is one of the ladies is a manager she has glasses she wears a like a sort of baseball cap very rude I asked her a question tonight when I first I want to say this I come here and I spend three or $400 at a time so you see one frustrated and you next to her she has a little light skin young lady with freckles in her face okay has cursed me out so bad because I asked him the store is closing but at the same time you're standing there and you're not even helping at all That's my second complaint My third complaint is this I asked for a little cart because I have a book bag I have my emotional support animal in my coats and I have another bat so I just wanted to get a couple of small items the lady that's supposed to be the manager or whatever or I don't know who she is but she stands at that counter glasses I don't know her name cuz you don't have a name tag That's number that's another number okay I asked her a simple question ma'am can you tell me how to get a cart I have just one of those small gray cards She said we don't have any I was just sitting here yesterday night and it was some here okay then I ask again I said you don't have any nowhere in the store She said no they stole them all with a very nasty very very nasty attitude I miss you that and then she continue I already talked very argumentative okay I done been in this store another occasion when two ladies through bags at me okay bags are your food of your food in the store at me okay although they're not here anymore This lady at this register that's the checkout Express line She sat in a bad example for the rest of the staff and workers that you have here That's that in a bad example to make the other workers try to disrespect customers that's been in their money now I walk past one of those bigger cards and there is a one of those gray small carts fit for my little small needs so I think it's a cart right here so I begin to it with some papers in there right so I just start removing the papers very neatly very neatly cuz she had a big cart with a lot of stuff on it and trust me it was just some papers that you know she needs to hang up or whatever so I start removing the things very very neatly and place them into a box that she had in there that was empty I guess this guy he used to be a security guard tall light skin guy that works here He used to be a security guard now he's I guess a manager He comes and takes the car out of my hand and tell me he'll go get me a big cart I don't need a big cart I just need something to hold in my hand so I don't break my fingers because first of all my right hand is messed up My arm I can't use my right side and my I'm left I'm blinding my left eye
