- JRJoseph RamirezMar 14, 20261.0I ordered on Uber Eats app for PICK UP. The app said ready for pick up. I went in the store and the woman told me it was not ready. I asked why did it say ready for pick up and she said she did not care what the app said. I waited about 10 minutes. Another woman from the back came out later and I asked her also. She said it was not ready. I asked her how long and she said in a nasty to me I don't know if you don't want to wait fine. There were about 6 other s waiting in a tiny crammed up store too. Uber drives were coming in and out getting their orders. I asked again and the woman took my phone number and name and went to her order machine. She said i "probably" ordered from another store. I showed her my Uber app and it was the store address I was inside of. She said could not explain what happened. Then a Uber driver came in and told her you gave me the wrong order. He said my name. I looked at the receipt and it was my order with the WRONG TELEPHONE number. The order was sitting on the counter for so long I took the food home and the pizza and wings were cold. I demand the owner look at who was working on 03/1/26 at 6 PM and reprimand these 2 woman. I am a small business owner in the area and would be embarrased to own this store.

She made sure my order was fresh, and it came out fast and ready. I’m so grateful now I don’t usually write reviews, but her kindness and great service really stood out.
