  Order attempt 4/4 at 10:15am. I placed my order online via pizza hut website. I submitted my order online but was informed by the website that I had to call the number to reach the store. I contacted the number at 10:18am and placed my order. I informed the woman I would pay at that moment and was placed on hold. A man proceeded to answer the phone. I informed him that I had already placed and order and just wanted to pay. He placed me on hold and no one came to the phone as I proceeded to hang up at 10:50am. I ended up calling Dominos who was able to fufill my order and my brother was able to enjoy a tasty birthday party.

  This Pizza Hut needs to do better. My first time ordering from this location or having Pizza Hut in 10 years on 03/26/26 @ 11:42PM. I ordered through the website an Any Large 3- topping pizza with the NEW hand tossed crust add the new blend, half and half. I got it delivered. They went to the wrong address at first so it took longer to get to me then when i finally get my pizza ALL MY Toppings are on one side and plain dry crust. Didn't even eat it. Next day the GM (Erica) reaches out to me gives me $15 credit, she was very professional and apologetic about the situation and i appreciated that. 03/28/26 @ 7:40PM I ordered The Big Dinner Box for a second time being optimistic to use my credit and host my family. This time I ordered over the phone being that's the only way I could use my credit. Christopher ( a manager) took my order and was VERY professional, accommodating and helpful during my order process. Delivery was confusing because Ebony ( the driver) told me I had to give him cash and that took me back because I had given my card details over the phone. He continues to ask me for confirmation and I told him "I paid over the phone". He leaves, I get a text from Ebony ( the driver) saying "He has to take the order back". I ignore it and they end up clearing it up. My Thin N Crispy was ok, it was overcooked. My Hand Tossed was really good. My chicken alfredo pasta which was 2.00 extra was very underwhelming no flavor or taste, I will not be getting that again. Also the breadsticks were overcooked, the top layer was like a hard shield it came apart from the middle and bottom as if it was cooked on a high heat. overall just disappointing.

  I met their manager Christopher and he took care of me. Staff was amazing—10 out of 10. Definitely coming back!

  Christopher the manager of this location was great! Ordering was quick and easy, he even made recommendations for me to try. Oh and those new roasted garlic cheese sticks 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
