  They add bacon to a sandwich that doesn’t have bacon and charge extra for it, I don’t even like bacon and the sandwich was so greasy because of the bacon that I did not ask for.

  I hate to leave a bad review but due to the number of times I have visited this location it is necessary. One visit in my opinion would be unfair but after interacting numerous of times with employees you get a sense of people’s true work ethics. First and foremost, I would like to give compliment on the food being quite exceptional; soups, salads , sandwiches alike, very tasty. The staff keep the location clean and the bathrooms well maintained. My problem stems from a few of the employees in their lack of professionalism. There were two male Hispanic employees sitting next to me making fun of me in Spanish fully unaware that I understand the language. A few other employees constantly got my order wrong that I felt it was done purposely in mockery because when I would go up to bring it to their attention it felt intentional and corrected in malicious jest. I’ve even witnessed one of the same individual disrespect another customer. I’m not one for confrontation in spaces like these especially with individuals I am not personal with, at the end of the day this is NYC and I do not want harm brought upon myself as people can be extremely unpredictably be it at work or not. Idk what I’ve done because I have only ever placed my order, said please, thank you, and have a nice day. There is a female, perhaps the supervisor who walks the floor greeting customers and asking about food quality etc, very professional. I feel almost bad for her in the sense of how heavily I believe she is carrying her team. I’ve visited multiple Panera locations and there is knowledge that the company prides itself on professionalism and making customers feel comfortable, this is the only location I’ve had a problem with.

  There is whatsoever no hospitality. These people hire just to have people and not to have a great experience. They hire immature people there’s a constant of homeless people walking in and begging for money. I’d say it stinks to not be able to enjoy a meal in peace.

  Don’t even waste your money here! Don’t leave no tip. There’s a worker among them that hates people. The food would be much better in the trash

  Panera just lost a client. I went here a few times, the service is slow and I tried to be so patient. I ate food from somewhere in there one day and the next day I get a worker telling me “she’ll let it slide for today” something about not able to eat outside food in store. That is so correct but if the food is good at Panera why would I have to buy food elsewhere. I have a tip, not even a tip could make any difference. The lady was big, Caucasian and bleached hair. If you see her, walk right out and go to Starbucks or something. It’s feels like being targeted, it’s not like someone said anyThing but her.
