  My mom ordered 5 sandwiches: 2 for adults and 3 for children. The only sandwich that had meat on it was mine out of five. My mom went back today, April 5, and they wanted the sandwiches as proof so she could get a refund. We will call her bank and have the charge reversed. It's too expensive there for us to get sandwiches without meat.

  Worst Panera bread ever, I usually eat the same 2 sandwiches but downtown, I tried this one twice already & both times my sandwich was different & very salty, the Sandwich doesn’t even go with salt and the place usually smells bad SMH

  There is so many workers, but few of them are great. They’ve mass higher and just pick anyone terrible service. I couldn’t even enjoy my food without being harassed by a worker and a homeless person who is begging for money and smelly no hospitality whatsoever I suggest always looking at the worst reviews ever

  Dirty…. That literally should be enough for anyone with common sense to understand this review. Manager said “we are short staffed”… okay ??? So let’s continue to serve customers in a dirty facility. I got my refund and left.

  Slowest Panera ever. I waited 20 minutes and there was only 1 person in front of me. Horrible don’t go.
