  Food was great, Just when I was checking out I saw what I believe to be the manager or someone in charge talking weird to a employee and she ran off crying, didn’t seem like it was fair lolz but other than that good place

  I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at Mocha Cafe, and unfortunately it seems to be a pattern rather than a one-time issue. The customer service is very unprofessional, especially from the girl at the register who wears glasses. She comes across as rude and doesn’t know how to properly speak to customers. What makes it worse is that she clearly treats certain “favorite” customers completely differently—being chatty, friendly, and attentive with them, while others are treated coldly and dismissively. On top of that, the quality of the drinks has been inconsistent. I’ve ordered smoothies on more than one occasion, and they’ve come out warm, which is unacceptable. This seems to happen specifically when this same employee prepares the drink. The hygiene in the kitchen is also concerning. I’ve noticed staff handling their phones with the same gloves they use for food preparation and not changing them afterward. That’s a basic food safety issue and should not be happening. Additionally, the overall presentation of staff has seemed unprofessional at times, particularly at the front counter with this employee , which doesn’t reflect well on the business. Overall, I almost always run into some kind of issue here—whether it’s with the service, the drinks, or what I’ve observed in the kitchen. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but nothing seems to improve.

  Hi just rating based on coffee shop experience; not sit down with your laptop friendly. It’s a cool place, but there’s no bathroom. So, like 20 mins into me doing work, I got to go because my drink made me have to pee really bad and No bathroom :( <3 other than that. I didn’t really try any of their food, looked good though

  My all time favorite cafe!! The food is so fresh and delicious. The dining area is so clean and atmosphere is so comfortable and relaxing, if i have time i would dine in more often. I am recommending to my family and friends and possibly bringing people to try the food here. When i order pickup and add to delivery instructions they follow through in detail!! I have never seen such good service especially in the bronx area. Its why i am always leaving a tip as an extremely satisfied and happy customer! The food tastes like it was made carefully and with love <3
