  Literally don’t listen in the simple instructions and my order is messed up my appetite gone… and on top of that they left out a burger from my order that I paid for.. count ya days.. they are lucky I live on Fordham and I’m home already

  The staff there is unprofessional. To the point of being disrespectful. The signs say they're open 24 hours the staff tells you to order from the window, yet no one ever actually comes to help you. Everyone inside look at me and never came to the window to help me never even signaled that they would. The unfortunate thing is you never know who you're talking to or dealing with.

  3/01/2026 approx 11:20am- security guard gets caught recording a women as she goes into the bathroom, staff lies & makes it seem like some type of language barrier issue (why you would have a security guard who can’t speak Spanish is a whole different story) , the way the staff dismissed the ladies concern was scary & makes wonder what else they cover up

  I intend to file a complaint against this restaurant I always order in the mc do and this is the first time I do such an injustice. I am writing this review because my experience at this location was very upsetting and needs to be taken seriously. On February 25, 2026 at approximately 12:57 PM, I placed an order at the McDonald’s located at 51-67 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451 after leaving school. After ordering, I waited for my food, but I clearly saw several customers who arrived after me receive their orders before I did. I informed the staff three different times that I had not received my order. Despite this, nothing was done and I was left waiting while other customers continued to be served. After waiting for a long time and feeling ignored, I had to ask for my money back myself. The staff kept my original receipt and gave me a refund receipt, which I still have as proof. This experience made me feel extremely disrespected and uncomfortable. Based on how the situation happened and how others were served before me, I am seriously concerned about how I was treated. I have already submitted a formal complaint to McDonald’s corporate, and I hope the management of this location reviews the cameras and order records from that time to understand what happened. Customers deserve to be treated fairly and respectfully.
