ALL STAFF are well-trained, professional, kind, courteous, and makes my day every time I order here! I only come 2 this McDonald's in The Bronx because they should be the flagship store of NYC! EVERY MCDONALD'S IN NYC SHOULD SEE HOW CLEAN AND AMAZING THIS LOCATION IS!
- OPOmega Pr1nc3Jan 4, 20262.0The most laziest morning crew ever and rude. My fries were cold and when I asked for then to be replaced, I was met with eye rolls from the supervisor. This woman then puts my fries on the counter without telling me, and someone walks off with them. She had the audacity to get mad at me telling me in Spanish she put my fries on the counter. I had to remind her thats not proper customer service, it was to be handed to me so ensure I got it. She rolls her eyes and goes back and gets me my fries.
