  They’re getting way too lazy with the basics this is the fourth time in a row they’ve forgotten to include straws or ketchup packets and then you have to go to the counter and wait for them to help a bunch of people just to ask for the basics they’re to supposed to provide upfront. The food is good and they provide napkins, but they always forget the straws and ketchup packets.

  Quiero compartir mi experiencia en este establecimiento. Trabajé durante dos años en McDonald’s, por lo que conozco de primera mano los estándares de servicio que la empresa exige: atención amable, respeto al cliente, buena actitud y calidad en los productos. Lamentablemente, este local en particular deja mucho que desear. Realicé una orden considerable y olvidaron incluir los nuggets. Además, compré un pie de fresa que estaba claramente quemado; lo reconozco porque yo misma he preparado estos productos antes. Más allá de los errores en el servicio, lo que resulta realmente preocupante es el ambiente dentro del lugar. Se observan situaciones inapropiadas que afectan la imagen y el profesionalismo que debería caracterizar a este tipo de establecimiento, incluso en presencia de autoridades. Adicionalmente, la atención por parte de la gerencia fue inadecuada. La persona encargada mostró una actitud poco profesional, falta de educación y un trato al cliente que dista mucho de los estándares que la marca representa. Considero que es importante que se tomen medidas para mejorar tanto la calidad del servicio como el entorno, ya que no refleja los valores que la marca normalmente representa.

  I just want to let everyone know that this is NOT McDonald's anymore, it's a hangout spot for all of these teens that hang out there. When you first go in, to your left all the seats are taken but not by customers, it's taken from these horrible teens that don't buy anything from there and it's always on the left hand side of this place. This is literally a hang out spot to them and the manager does not do anything about it and just lets them hang out there. I have even tried going after 5 pm and they are STILL hanging out there and I ask myself, do these kids even have a home to go to? This is really bad here at this McDonald's and if it's not inside, you will see them outside hanging outside too. I will try to get in contact with the higher ups of McDonald's to report this to see if they can do something about this because right now it's really, really bad. I would avoid going to this McDonald's if you want to be in peace.

  So this a mcdonalds where the managers and store managers need to be trained that the workers are not your friends...1st off they suppose to open up at 6 failed at that....opens late then talks crap about the customer about opening late in front of the customer so perfect...food was fresh no problem there but I should of just asked for a refund since he had so much to say in Spanish but I will be doing that every morning for now on since he has a attitude and I hope more people come here early mostly ones with tempers so he could feel the wrath cause me I dont get mad I just warn my people (you guys) End of the day we paying for the food,we paying for the service we dont need no confused guy talking crap cause they open 12 min late and gotnthe customers outside in the cold while they talking inside... and for the store manager the date of incident was 2/14 6am look at your beautiful employees and manager on camara and see if that's how you want your store ran

  So much illegal things going on people smoking K2 holding the door open for people that stuff stinks and then you get mad if you don't have money for them also service they are very not nice is in Spanish lady she'll tell you to go order on the kiosk but yet she's supposed to be working I spoke to the manager and she got in trouble the food by the time I get four blocks home it's cold and stale
