  Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a simple coffee through the mobile app thinking it would save time, but instead I ended up standing there for 15 minutes waiting like I hadn’t ordered at all. What’s the point of using the app if the order isn’t even prepared on time? The staff showed no sense of urgency, and honestly came off as very lazy. On top of that, they were giving attitude instead of being helpful or apologetic about the delay. There was zero communication about what was going on, and people who ordered in-store were getting served before mobile orders, which completely defeats the purpose. This was a complete waste of time and very frustrating. If you’re going to offer mobile ordering, at least have the system and staff organized enough to handle it properly. Definitely not coming back unless this changes.

  My order is always ready to be picked up when I arrive at the store. No waiting longer than 2 min. The workers are friendly. The place is clean.
