It got worse when my partner calmly asked what the wait time would be and the manager responded with visible anger. If you’re overwhelmed or understaffed, I can empathize, but taking it out on customers who just walked in isn’t acceptable. It felt like the frustration from the person before us got redirected at us. Either way, it left a bad impression and we didn’t feel welcomed.
