All of the attention is given to online orders and to the drive thru so if you come to buy food in person youll be waiting at the counter for like 2 mins even if youre the only one on line. The area by the counter is cramped and theres always 4 delivery guys at the counter waiting to deliver their next order on top of the people who are already waiting for their orders. They should remove the dividers and the tables in the center of the store to create more space. They're not needed anyway. The last time I ordered from here I told the casher I wanted I wanted a combo and a sandwich. He misheard me and thought I asked for 2 combos. I wondered why the total came out so high. When I told him about the mistake he had to give me a refund then charged me a 2nd time for the right amount. Meanwhile the staff was still making the 2nd combo and when it was ready, bagged it up and handed it to me. Me being an honest person I told them that they gave me too much and I gave them back the fries and drink. They looked at me like I had 2 heads. Next time Im gonna keep my mouth shut and leave. Ive never had a problem with the quality of the food.
