I was at the West road at 5:50. The app said that it was open. I placed my order and I get there and it looks like everyone is just starting to work now. I sat there next to the speaker and said it closed. I got to the window no one came and everything was closed and everybody was either cleaning up or setting up so they need to update the hours on the app so no one travels this far thinking that is open.

l have been coming to this Wendy’s for quite some time lately service has been getting worse well today the drive thru girl whatever her title is l asked her for ONE extra sauce she looked at me with an attitude and thought about her answer so to be extra petty she said to me that would be 50 cents like really l guess they must take it out her check because l have never. As much as wendy’s makes a day i’m pretty sure 50 won’t make them go bankrupt. She definitely must hate her job with all that attitude for ONE sauce cup.

The Wendy’s staff and manager were unprofessional. I asked for a refund, but the manager ignored me and threatened to call the cops. After waiting about an hour with no action, I had to raise my voice just to be noticed. Thankfully, staff member Jones eventually stepped in and resolved the issue.
