The drive thru is the slowest in the history of drive thrus. I was in line for 45 minutes and then the food was cold! WHAT ARE THEY DOING IN THERE! I get better food in a restaurant and get my order faster than this drive thru. Do NOT COME HERE!

went on halloween, line was through the door. no one was assisting with the line. got my food. 1) the soda machine was out of ice
2) they gave me the food with missing items 3) no lids 4) no napkins were given inside the bag. usually i cut some slack for fast food employees but i was truly devastated with the service. i went to request the food i was missing a chicken sandwich and a french fries. went up the counter and he told me that he put 6 fries in the bag and to check again. i was sure that they only gave me five and he made me bring all the fries i had (only 5 of them) up to front away from my kids. one employee was nice enough to get my missing fries but the person that told me to count again was so rude and unprofessional. will not be coming back!!

Horrible experience. Made an online order, and went in. Told the cashier I made an order and showed my receipt. Waited 30 minutes. I got frustrated and asked about my order and they said they weren’t even making it, and then just ignored me. Never going again.
