Extremely horrible experience and the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful and disorganized. Place is dirty sticky and unsanitary. You got staff there that don’t even want to be there. Who knows what you’re even consuming at that point. Don’t get me started with how they handle door dash. They won’t even make the food for door dash customers. They’ll say food has already been sent out and won’t make it. Having people wait 2 hours. I’d give this place 0 no stars. Change the staff there already.

Avoid ordering from this location online (GrubHub). There's usually items missing very frustrating. Even when you check ✔️ off utensils and condiments their missing.Who sends chilli with no spoons no saltines when you asked for them. I see why half of Wendy's locations are closing.

This review is pacifically for one employee 5 stars JAYVON every time I come to this location he’s goes all out for his customers from working at the drive-through and working inside and coming outside to physically hand over your order to your vehicle cold rainy days and his name is he deserves the next step up. He speaks English, clearly understands a rec customer that comes in and orders to drive-through respectful.
Other than that other employees need to learn a lot from him and they have to work on keeping the store more clean the managers

This my third day in a row going to the drive thru after midnight and the guy in the window gives me an excuse as to why they aren’t serving drive thru customers. First it was “the truck just delivered the food and it’s going to take 30 mins to cook”. The 2nd day he says “they’re only allowed to give out a certain amount of food until midnight” which I’ve never heard in my life. The third day he said “they were out of food”. Yet they were still serving the Uber eats guys thru the window. It was obvious he was lying so they didn’t have to work. The workers here are very lazy and they’re telling drive thru customers after midnight excuses so they don’t have to work. They should be investigated. I asked for the manager and he says he is the manager. I’m sure the company is losing alot of money because of this. They should be fired. Again THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. They are clearly scheming. They’re stealing time and the company is losing business because of their laziness. Someone should seriously look into this. After questioning the man at the window he closed the window and walked away from me because I was calling him out on his lies and schemes. I’m never going back to this location. It should be closed down !
