- AMAbril MontielOct 31, 20252.0went on halloween, line was through the door. no one was assisting with the line. got my food. 1) the soda machine was out of ice 2) they gave me the food with missing items 3) no lids 4) no napkins were given inside the bag. usually i cut some slack for fast food employees but i was truly devastated with the service. i went to request the food i was missing a chicken sandwich and a french fries. went up the counter and he told me that he put 6 fries in the bag and to check again. i was sure that they only gave me five and he made me bring all the fries i had (only 5 of them) up to front away from my kids. one employee was nice enough to get my missing fries but the person that told me to count again was so rude and unprofessional. will not be coming back!!
