It's a waste of time and money .
We were waiting on the drive thru for almost 45 and after finishing the food all of us gat a diarrhea , that was the first and last time getting food from this place.....

They messed up my whole drive through order a week ago. Refunded the money then recharged for a second time. Then I gave them a second chance to have it delivered and I was missing two items. There is too many people there to be so many mistakes on people food.

So.. this place needs a little work... The service needs some help with both the drive thru and the front inside counter. I understand that people order door dash but there is a service line regardless if you door dash or not. They make you wait because door dash is always first. Sometimes it takes a while. If you want fast service go to the drive thur is a must. The door dashers dont give a crap about manners they are running the counter like their lives depend on it. Please Wendy's fix this problem. Make 2 different lines for this. Also update your drink machines please. This location NEVER has Zero calorie drinks.. staff is friendly just need to boost up the service and update the location. Parking is great and plenty of space.

This restaurant is unsanitary! The employees behind the counter on their phones with their serving gloves on. Are those the gloves they serve people's food with?!! The drink station disgusting. The employees aren't dressed in work attire. Let's get with the program of working with professionism.

The drive thru line is always very long, which can make the wait inconvenient if you are in a rush. However, the person on the intercom was very friendly and offered a helpful recommendation for a sauce that I had never tried before, and it turned out to be good. It was a simple and quick stop for a bite to eat, but the food was a bit cold, which affected the overall experience.
I recommend checking your order before leaving the drive thru to ensure everything is hot and prepared as expected. With a few improvements in food temperature and speed, this location could offer a much more consistent experience.
