Stopped in for a chicken parm hero and some fresh mozzarella since in the area. Very delicious hero. Finished in no time. The cheese was fresh and thick. Good consistency. Not so wet and gooey if you know what I mean. I enjoyed at my work desk the next week.

Hands down the best arancini—crispy on the outside, perfect on the inside. The staff was awesome and super friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

First time ordering from here bc the reviews were good. I ordered a margarita pizza and chicken parm. The food arrived cold, the pizza crust was thick and undercooked, and there was not even a speck of cheese on the chicken parm— it was sauce, chicken and soggy bread. The flavor was ok but bland. When I called, the lady I spoke to tried to tell me it’s all mixed in so I needed to ask for extra cheese. Never in my life have I heard such a thing. When you say parm there’s an expectation of sauce and mozz. This wasn’t that. Was hoping to find a new Italian go to spot but ended up disappointed. (They didn’t call back but I saw later that they did initiate a refund.)

We've been going to Tino's for 20+ years and every time we go to Arthur Ave I have to stop in. I head straight for the owner, Giancarlo, to get olive oil, olives, etc. for my house. He is very honest and full of knowledge, so is his wife Rosa and the rest of the staff. On my last visit I got organic Sicilian olive oil that was just pressed the prior month... talk about fresh. We've had the fresh pasta to cook at home but next time I need to have a true Italian combo hero. Salute to Giancarlo, Rosa and family!
