This location should be shut down and the person who baby was behind the counter on the side of cash registers should be fined. This company location is horrible and the staff will hurt the customers and bring their kids to work while on the clock. Store location, date and time. I’m truly traumatized considering this happened in a franchise. Who can I speak with? Calling the better business bureau as well.

For a second I thought I was in a chipotle and not a fast food restaurant, but even chipotle would’ve been faster than this during a lunch rush hour. It is 430, the restaurant is empty. Why on earth did it take so long, I’ll never find out because this was definitely a one time thing.
