  Bro seriously... who is running this store?? There is never any employees. And the employees that are there, mind you its the same people everyday, are way too stressed. Like what are yall doing to them?? Just close down if all yall care about is profit and not your people, because its the people who bring in the profit. Literally, I live down the block and I will go to a different borough when its convenient, just to avoid this location. I remember when it first opened, it was ok. But whoever owns it now needs to do better. And this is speaking from a restaurant manager of 10+ years. No shame on your team, they are trying their hardest, but shame on ownership and upper management. Disgusting 🤢

  Terrible leadership. Understaffed. Owner is cutting costs and it’s reflecting in the terrible service. Will call corporate to further.

  I've been to Taco Bell in CA, TN, FL, and Bronx. This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to.
